1989 Toyota Cressida
So me and the old girl have been together for 7 years starting life as a bone stock car fresh out of a lawn bowls car park. Over the years shes undergone many a conversion and modification building her to my wants and needs in my own shed. Shes never seen the inside of a performance shop everything is home built by myself and good friends. The vision of the car has always been to make it look fresh off the streets of japan but although it does follow a traditional drift style it is built for time attack. It isnt the most powerful car out there but she is well balanced and suits me to a tee, heres a quick run down of her specs and im looking forward to getting her on the mountain.
Engine: 1jzgte with a trust/Garrett highflow by per4manz turbos. Trust manifold with tial 38mm gate. Plazmaman intercooler, 3inch exhaust, haltech interceptor, 2jz injectors and a 3core ally rad.
Driveline: r154 gearbox with a rps carbon twinplate, factory lsd with solid bushes and reinforced rear cradle
Brakes: fronts have r33 sumitomo calipers with ba xr6 t3 dba rotors and qfm pads, rears are r33 sumitomo calipers with supra t2 dba rotors.
Suspension/chassis: bc coilovers, jzx81 front strut brace, night pagers rear strut brace, big front sway bar, 2 rear swaybars, agi bolt in half cage, new bushes through most of the car
Exterior: stage21 front bar, a31 dmax skirts, jzx90 rear pods, custom chassis mounted wing, team decals
